PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION

FORM 1. PRODUCT INFORMATION The type, quantity, and sales price of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer are specified on the order summary page. All prices include VAT. 3. PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment method: Credit card (via iyzico infrastructure) The total order amount is charged upon order confirmation. 4. DELIVERY INFORMATION Delivery is limited to within Turkey. International shipping is not available. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. The carrier may vary depending on operational conditions. Shipping is free for orders over 2500 TRY. Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and delivery address. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS) The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. Withdrawal notice must be sent to: store@informalproject.co 6. RETURN CONDITIONS * Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. * Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included. * Items showing signs of use, odor, stains, or affecting resale eligibility may not be accepted for return. * Returns sent without prior communication may be rejected. 7. RETURN PROCESS & REFUND Returned products are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing time, this period may vary. 8. DAMAGED / FAULTY PRODUCTS If the product is received damaged or incorrect, it must be reported before acceptance of delivery. For approved defective items, return shipping costs are covered by the Seller. 9. GENERAL TERMS * By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the payment obligation. * Products are produced in limited quantities and may not be reproduced. * Reselling is strictly prohibited. * Products are not custom-made. * Used products are not eligible for return. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In case of disputes, Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
