RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at store@informalproject.co. Once your return is approved, you will be informed about where and how to send the product. To ensure a smooth return process, prior contact is required. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted. ⸻ Return Conditions • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. • The item must be in its original packaging, with no tape or stickers applied to the packaging. • The item must be free from perfumes, lotions, deodorants, or any scents or marks that affect resale eligibility. • All accessories, cards, and tags included with the product must be returned in full. • Including the invoice and delivery note is recommended to speed up the return process. ⸻ Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at store@informalproject.co. For damaged or defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted. ⸻ Return Approval Process Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the result. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, this period may be extended. If your refund has not been received within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at store@informalproject.co.
