ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES SELLER: Gökçe Genç Yılmaz – Informal Project Design and Consultancy Tax Office: Beyoğlu Tax Number (VKN): 3920680825 Address: Arap Camii Mahallesi, Bankalar Caddesi, Voyvoda Han 19/3, Beyoğlu, 34421 Istanbul, Türkiye E-mail: store@informalproject.co Website: store.informalproject.coBUYER: Any natural or legal person purchasing goods via store.informalproject.co The Seller and Buyer shall be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. ⸻ ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website store.informalproject.co, whose characteristics and sales price are specified in this Agreement. The Buyer declares that they have read and acknowledged all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the products, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal, and that they have confirmed this information electronically prior to placing the order. The preliminary information and payment page information form an integral part of this Agreement. ⸻ ARTICLE 3 – DATE OF CONTRACT This Agreement is concluded and becomes effective on the date the Buyer completes the order and approves the payment electronically. The Agreement will be sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address provided during checkout. ⸻ ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY PLACE AND METHOD The products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process. Delivery is carried out through courier companies selected by the Seller. ⸻ ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated. Orders over 2,500 TL qualify for free shipping. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier company and delivery address. In cases of force majeure or operational delays, the Seller reserves the right to reasonably extend the delivery period. International shipping is not available. If the payment is not completed or is cancelled in bank records, the Seller shall be released from the obligation to deliver the product. ⸻ ARTICLE 6 – BUYER’S REPRESENTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS The Buyer is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery. The product must not be accepted if the package is: * damaged * torn * incorrect product delivered Products accepted upon delivery are deemed to be received in good condition. The Buyer is responsible for safeguarding the product after delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be: * unused * unworn * in resalable condition The invoice and original packaging must be included in the return. In case of unauthorized use of the Buyer’s credit card after delivery, the Buyer shall return the product within 3 days. Shipping costs in such cases belong to the Buyer. ⸻ ARTICLE 7 – SELLER’S REPRESENTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS The Seller is responsible for delivering the products: * complete * undamaged * in accordance with the order specifications The Seller may supply an equivalent product of equal quality and price, provided that prior notice is given to the Buyer. In case the order cannot be delivered, payment shall be refunded within 10 days. For defective products, the Buyer is entitled to return or exchange. Shipping costs are covered by the Seller. ⸻ ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT INFORMATION Product type, model, quantity, color, and price are stated on the order page and invoice. These form an integral part of the Agreement. ⸻ ARTICLE 9 – CASH PRICE The cash price is the total amount approved by the Buyer at the time of order. ⸻ ARTICLE 10 – INSTALLMENT PRICE In installment purchases, pricing and payment terms are subject to the agreement between the Buyer and the payment provider/bank. ⸻ ARTICLE 11 – INTEREST Interest rates are subject to applicable banking regulations and legislation. ⸻ ARTICLE 12 – PAYMENT METHOD Payments are processed via iyzico using credit or debit cards. ⸻ ARTICLE 13 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify: store@informalproject.co Upon withdrawal: * refund is processed within 14 days * refund is made via the original payment method * approved refunds are completed within 10 business days; processing time may vary depending on the bank ⸻ ARTICLE 14 – RETURN CONDITIONS Returned products must be: * unused * unworn * undamaged * complete with all accessories and tags Products that are used or not resalable are not eligible for return. ⸻ ARTICLE 15 – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases where: * the product is used or damaged after delivery * hygiene-sensitive products are not suitable for resale ⸻ ARTICLE 16 – DEFECTIVE GOODS In case of defective products: * the Buyer has the right to exchange or refund * shipping costs are covered by the Seller ⸻ ARTICLE 17 – RESALE RESTRICTION Reselling products for commercial purposes is prohibited. The Seller reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders. ⸻ ARTICLE 18 – FORCE MAJEURE In cases such as natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or logistical disruptions, obligations may be delayed without liability. ⸻ ARTICLE 19 – JURISDICTION Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement. ⸻ ARTICLE 20 – ENTRY INTO FORCE By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. ⸻ İstersen bir sonraki adımda bunu: *  Shopify footer uyumlu hale getirebilirim * ya da  “legal pack” (ToS + Privacy + Returns + Shipping) tek standarda çekebilirim
